HVAC equipment is generally maintained by Building Management, unless it is for a dedicated, specialized use. If the temperature in your office needs adjustment, please enter a service request (opens in a new window).
The standard hours of operation of the heating and air conditioning systems are 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday. Special arrangements should be made for any HVAC needed outside of those hours.
Space heaters are prohibited unless it is approved by Building Management and only under special circumstances, please see the Rules and Regulations for more information.
